Hi I got selected in Nagarro i.e. I cleared all the tech rounds but now HR is saying there is no vacancy , they are saying as soon as there is a vacancy they will give me an offer and asked me to wait until then. My tech stack is. java backend . Yoe - 2years. What should i do ? I want to join Nagarro, I resigned based on my Nagarro interview result also I hated TCS, hoping HR would call me in week . Pls guide me ? Why do these companies keep interviews when they don’t have vacancy?

I started a Intrapreneurship Resource Group within my organization and I went over very well. We had people from all across the organization come to the meetings and we even had Senior Leadership host a "shark tank" with not only the funding to start the project but also a cash prize to the winner. If you can get buy in, go for it!
I wish there were more opportunities for this in my company. Generally speaking our leadership is resistant to any ideas that don't come from their own brains. One day they may realize that their strategy is akin to "we've tried nothing and nothing works", but I doubt they'll ever be able to get over themselves. Seriously, things aren't the same as 30 years ago!

I wish this was a thing in our org, especially when pushing for changes needed in our business portfolio. So much room for opportunity
