Work culture is amazing at Takeda. People are nice, collaborative and supportive. Company is still trying to go through reorg. Pay range and benefits are pretty competitive. It's one of the last big pharma with hybrid options asking 5 days onsite in month, flexible with discussion with the manager as opposed to other big ones asking to be onsite every week.

Unfortunately, as the other person said, stock has been going flat or little lower for the last 2+ years unless something dramatically changes or we acquire new drugs. That than that no complaints.

Good luck.

Flat would have been a god send.

It really depends on location from what I’ve gathered. With the unfortunate experience I had I’d say RUN! And fast!

Illinois

Hated it there. It depends on your group.

Worked there for years and really enjoyed it, but the stock performance was very lack luster

I would stay as far away from the PI division as possible. The National Director is a viscous , fake monster. Who leads by fear and threats. The top 15 reps left in the same day about 2 months ago. How was not a red flag to the company? People are dropping like flies. I think they assumed people left for money but that is hardly true. No one wants to work for her unless they are in her inner circle. Then I think you are safe.

So I just had a client tell me their asylum case is fabricated, and can't I help prepare the person for court. My initial reaction, fire the client. I'm not that kind of atty. How do you find the balance btwn not turning clients away but not being unethical?

Please help! I’m a CRC who manages Investigator- led clinical research projects and I want to transition to a PM role in industry (I would slightly prefer not a PM role in clinical trials since I don’t have clinical trial experience.)
