Its hard to be positive nowadays in any work. When I joined IT industry i thought in IT we will not have politics and shit but its there. Ppl dont want to work together. They just want to keep their power. They achieve something and they wanna keep it anyhow. Its really sad. You wanna work with your open heart but ppl above you wont let it because in the end their position will be in danger. Why would be in danger? What is the expected salary hike for one getting promoted from A to AC or AC to Consultant in ZS India for December promotions?

I applied for a job in ZS but my application was rejected right away, citing reason that I do not meet the minimum qualification required.

Did this happen with anyone else or any idea on this?
In minimum qualification, GPA and work permit was mentioned.
I have 76% in btech and wp in India.
