Seriously at this point I'll take 2. Just let me have my normal weekend back
We already work over 11 hour days and don't get Saturday or Sunday AA1 lol
I just want a weekend. I wouldn't even mind working late every day but please give me my weekends where I don't have to worry about work.
Honestly, i think if this was allowed, they will have a lot less errors and "redoing" work because people would be rested.
I don't mind working more than 8 hours. I just hate working weekends. That's what I meant. It took me a while to explain. I'm very tired. It's busy season. Leave it alone haha
@KPMG 1 I have said that a million times this year. I'll work 11 hour days Monday-Friday if I get to stop working sat and sun and just recharge and get my life together
^well to be honest, there's. some things just need to be turned around quickly (provisions prep, provisions audits in our case) and sometimes the deadline is getting too close. What pisses me off more is probably when I work over the weekend to deliver and then whoever is higher doesn't look at it until way later.
@PwC 1 I know I just want to have it be restricted to week days 😫
Oh okay no I see what you're saying and completely agree
You know that managers and above work every weekend, right?
Mine sure as hell don't
I agree, but that's just how it is.
That is the worst.
I never want to make it to manager if that means working every weekend... that's no way to live!
@PwC 2, don't know about that. It seems to me they are mostly busy delighting stuff so it's all ready for them by Monday lol. Not to mention they get paid more so more is expected of them.
There's absolutely no reason to work Saturday and Sunday if you want to bill/work enough during the week. No good reason.
Least in my office people come in from 9-2 on Saturday and for the most part do nothing
^that is not smart. If you're working on the weekend do it because you have work to do, not to kill time with your coworkers.
