I had an interview with Cognizant and then got an email from HR to fill in CIS form and also along with to send all the documents. After i send all those details i got an email saying the position went on hold and to wait until they revert.
Any idea that how much time it would take for the position to be released? They did not respond when i asked the same question.

Have my closing interview with Accenture next week. So far the Director and MD I have met with have both liked me and the recruiter has said that they have both given me a thumbs up and that the upcoming closing interview with the MD is just a conversation. From my research I’ve also read that it’s just a sanity check to make sure I’m not a nutcase. Of course anything can happen, but I’m expecting an offer. (Cont)

Mention recent work the agency has done that you like (be complimentary). Mention something specific or write it in a way they know it’s not a generic email that you send to every recruiter. It always helps if you have a mutual connection who works there. Like “tell so-and-so I said hi when you see them.” If the recruiter likes and respects someone you know too, that always helps. Don’t email them at night or on a Monday morning or Friday afternoon. And of course, proofread your email.
