I have received the offer for consultant role. I wanted to know how is the culture and work life balance at Tiger? How are projects allotted and how is leadership?
I also have an offer from a startup in operations role. CTC offered in both cases is similar. I want to choose Tiger, just want to know if I am walking into a toxic culture.

Does anyone know what busy season is like at SAX LLP? The role is permanently remote except when needed to go to clients. That seems very broad to me, will I have to commute to clients often?

I have got an offer letter from Morgan Stanley for the QA role in regulatory reporting. Currently I am in a BA role with 7 yrs experience. In MS they are giving a good hike (45%) plus joining bonus. Not sure at this stage should i switch from BA to QA role.

Mental health is busy, looking for tips to help manage tasks, currently I supervise 12 therapists in 3 different departments that are all different with unique dynamics in each dept. During 2016, I was selected for wipro as a fresher undergone training, but I did not clear the training exams, so wipro terminated me.During tht time I created NSR profile, after tht I joined another MNC as fresher. I never mentioned wipro exp as previous exp anywhere. Now recently I got a offer frm wipro. here also I did not tell that I was earlier termined by wipro.If wipro asks me to provide NSR details during my joining, does NSR have my previous exp in their db? Does it affect my joining with wipro?

So, I’m interviewing for a position that fits perfectly, HR likes my profile, had great conversations with them. Today I had a Panel interview with HR and the hiring manager. The manager is not experienced, it’s her first r manager role and she’s been in it for 3 months. I was prepared but was out of breath the entire interview, had a knot in my throat, had trouble finding my words. It’s like I had PTSD when this manager came into the picture. Ever had that?

After 3 years, the therapist disclosed that she’s in the program. I had wondered often about the source of her knowledge of the steps. Still I would’ve preferred her to remain anonymous in this regard. Now I keep wondering about whether I’ll see her at a meeting and what her story is. So odd. So self centered of me.
