Buy a portable A/C unit for your bedroom. For cheaper you can get what in the US we referred to as a swamp cooler.

Buy a portable fan and suffer like the rest of us.

Live in a house which is built to be cool in the summer. The nice stone buildings cool the air throughout the day, as the stone gradually heats. Then keeps the place warm in the evening. The Greeks worked this out like 4000 years ago.

Dehumidifier and/or evaporative cooler
look up 'swamp cooler'
A swamp cooler only really works well if the relative humidity is low. We use a portable a/c unit for cooling and dehumidifier. But the reason it’s not prevalent in Western Europe is probably the cost of electricity is high.
