Got the call from HR at 9:30 pm. Urgently scheduled the interview for the next day. I joined, waited, the interviewer didn't join. HR joined 10 mins late, said, I'll check with interviewer and let you know. Never contacted me again, didn't reply to my email. A total time waste.

With this behavior, you shouldn't compalain when candidates ghost you. Really a Wipro company ?

When is an appropriate time to send a follow up email after interviewing? Is a week too soon?

When can I expect to hear back from them.
Also all the questions that were asked to me were written coding questions(Write block of code) none were verbal.I could write all answers but none was 100% correct.

At last I asked the interviewer about feedback as in where was I wrong. He said at couple of places and he explained me where was I wrong.

Do you all think I will be rejected?

I interviewed with a company last week and the interviewer said he would submit my notes to the hiring manager and I would hear back this Monday from HR on next steps/if they want to move forward. I didn’t hear back yesterday so I emailed HR and she said she wasn’t part of the hiring decision so would reach out to the initial interviewer for his feedback. I haven’t heard from her and it’s been 24 hours - starting to get worried. What should I do? Does this mean they’re not interested?

Would you: (1) accept X’s offer now but rescind later if Y converts (2) ask X for additional time to decide (they’re “prestigious” and may not offer additional time...)
