Hi Fishes, I have two international offers, one for UK for service based organization (CTC is 55,000 pounds + 10% Performance bonus) and another for Germany for a product based organization (CTC is 70,000 Euro), I have 4.5 years of experience as Backend Developer (Java).

I like my current job, company and public accounting. I know I am being underpaid at $70k as a senior tax associate with 2-3 years of experience as I have talked with my local peers as well as local recruiters. Also, I know outside hires to my company get paid about $5-$10k higher than me, but they don’t get a raise the following year. My question is what is everyone’s experience with company hopping to get a pay bump within public accounting?
