God that's awful. I had a period a few years ago where I was getting cluster headaches pretty much daily. It was miserable and so debilitating. I got meds that helped lessen the severity, but even still, when they'd hit I felt completely incapable of getting anything done. Given how long you've been dealing with them, I'm guessing you've been to a number of specialists at this point, so saying "get on meds!" probably isn't a viable option...
My friend gets Botox in the back of her neck and scalp and she said it’s vastly reduced the headaches. It’s covered by her insurance but she had to go through a process for it. I usually take Tylenol or excedrin and function with a low grade headache. It’s awful, i agree but i dont get them super often - only if i have a triggering event like stress, lack of sleep, teeth grinding, not eating properly
I, also, get Botox injections and, yes, they help a lot and are covered by my insurance.
Have you had your sinuses checked? I had surgery last year, which sucked. Took two weeks to recover. But I can now breathe amazingly and headaches are few and far between.
Yeah, anxiety is rough. My wife is a high performer, but the anxiety hits her hard and she's always feels like she's failing in life, when her bosses and everyone else doesn't see that at all. Wishing you peace ❤️

I soak my feet in hot water so that blood rushes down there from my brain. It has helped me tremendously!
