I have no talent for awards work. What should I do?

Taking some golf lessons, got a women’s starter set I got to make sure I liked golf first. Instructor mentioned that the driver is like swinging a wet noodle for me lol and I should look into a men’s or one with stiffer flex. I have no idea what to look for. Are the people at Dicks Sporting Goods knowledgeable or worth driving the 40 min to PGA store?

I just received email to submit documents for Wells Fargo. Before this , haven't had conversation with the HR.
1. Can I mail back asking for the budget they have for this role?
2. Can I keep the current CTC thet he asked as blank and just state my expected CTC in email?
3. He had asked for tenure in the current organisation. Does this affect the hike? My tenure in current organisation is 9 months.

i had my canadian pr last year but didn’t do the landing since covid hit. the deadline passed of course and the immigration office reached out to check if i’m still interested and if so i should re-do a medical. assuming my medical goes through and my pr is processed and accepted again, does anyone know if landing is still a thing? my original plan was to do a landing and move after 2 years. is this still possible or does canada basically want you to move in a year or so after pr is granted?

I have a good eye for visual design, but I'm a bit scared of the business strategy, analytics and testing part. Where do I start to learn those skills? I know the basics of testing and conducting workshops, but I don't know how to develop those skills further. My company focuses on UI and I haven't been lucky to land a PD job. I’m building my first iOS app. I only have experience in material design. I’m looking for easy to comprehend specs around standard design elements: headers, chips, buttons, etc. The iOS UI support material is nearly impossible to understand.
