When I got promoted to SS, i got 84k, then second year I got 93, now I’m promoted to SSS, I’ll let you know once I find out.
Second year would be this year, I don’t know yet.
SS in USDC OT at 92 but was an experienced hire and came in at that
Sorry was just trying to say I wasn’t promoted from SA. Came in at the SS level with 92 as my base
Depends on your rating (sometimes merit increase far exceeds promo increase), but I would wager anywhere between 80k and 90k for a first year SS.
Since we don’t have up or out, I imagine ppl stay at SS and continue growing the salary, but it has to be really slow progression… I’ve seen an SS say they were at 117K, which is probably really up there. The data is the survey is super scarce, but I can confirm SS being in 6 figs as base.
I’m in a similar boat. SA to SS. 72k current and EEE rating and based on my own research, I’m expecting mid 80s
I’m on the same boat.
SA—>78K and my rating is ESS.
Not sure how much I get for being promoted to SS.
I’m expecting more than 85K.
Promo raise don't expect much more than 3.5%. Performance raise depending rating and your current level against your peers could be anywhere between 5-6 to maybe as much as 11-12%. Your % of raise depends what you currently make, what similar rated peers in similar role and tenure with the firm.
