I see so many posts about going in-house and wonder if it’s a possibility for me at some point or if my chosen career path has pretty much closed the door on that, since I mostly see people discussing this in the big law bowl. I do (mostly plaintiff-side) employment lit at a small firm. Are there any in-house roles where the skills I’ve acquired would be useful? Or does anyone have tips about how to build useful skills for in-house in my current role?

How hard is it to pivot to a BDR/SDR role as a tech consultant from a boutique firm with 1-yr experience? I don’t have previous sales experience, except for my time at a call center which lasted for two months until covid hit. What should I be doing now to bridge this knowledge gap? Just got offered a job at a small biotech in London (UK). ~£45k plus bonus but only 1YR FTC and no equity.

Pretty sure it's a discovery role too.

I just finished my PhD at a very good uni with 3 years technician experience before that. BSc and MSc also at very good unis with good grades.

I think this offer is well below par, but curious to hear what you guys think/if you have any comparisons?

Hi guys, I'm currently working on a freelance project remotely and the contractor is paying me well. But I've been looking for a full time job, I got one but the salary is lesser also their is work from office for 3 days a week without any cab facility. What should I do? Should I take this role?
