I’m a new CSM (9 months) and I work at a company that doesn’t invest much in its CSM team. I’ve been struggling because as time goes on I feel more and more like a token hire. We have no play book/structure, no CSM tool and I’m current organizing all 95 of my clients on spreadsheets while also handling presales trials with a salary under 50k. Hi everyone, I have accepted an offer of 130k + 20% bonus and RSUs worth 150k. Today, I got another offer from a startup of 160k base pay and stock options worth 440 k. Has anyone negotiated an offer after accepting? I am supposed to join them next week. Vesting period is 4 years with one year cliff and each quarter after a year.

Nail lady absolutely destroyed my nails removing my gels abt 6 weeks ago :( I try not to get gels often bc of the damage and price but I do like to have my nails done and do them myself often (bc they chip so much).
