There are 16 leadership principle and I’m thinking of creating some stories around each but the thing that concerns me is what if the questions they ask are related to the same principle and I might have already used up my stories. Something like that. Can anyone please help? Amazon

Disney Streaming Services I completed my interview process with DSS early last week, and was reached out by recruiter that all rounds were strong hires, and they are extending an offer. We set a time to talk on Friday about the offer. However, the announcement of targeted hiring freeze happened on Friday. I was ghosted with no call. What should I expect now? Would I still have chance to be offered?

Bain & Company Is it truly easier to get in a smaller MBB office?
Have heard a lot for different opinions on these. The logic is that it’s easier because there is a lot of supply in cities like NY, Chicago and SF, but the counter argument is that the offices with less supply are also way smaller and have a lot less demand.

90k?! That is super low for a manager role. I’d think base is around 150k.
Yeah, manager level of my current company definitely pays much more so I was a bit surprised
They are not lowballing you - that’s the range that they offer unfortunately. Are you in SF or at a tier 2 city? I signed my offer a few weeks ago for the same team. Happy to chat
All depends how many yoe they want with that title... theres no such thing as low balling in this job market. Literally impossible. So it sounds like they're looking for someone more junior with this level. Might not be the best fit for you.
OP has 1 YOE
Interviewed for that last year and thats normal. I was told the ops manager role at uber is basically analyst level. “Glorified analyst”
Equity?
They haven’t given the specifics but I’m assuming that will be stacked on the base
90k? Seems suuuuuper low imo, I gotta imagine this is in a tier 1 city too?
With 1 YOE, 90-100k sounds about right and equity should be about 60k vesting over 4 years
That’s really low especially since you’re in a HCOL city. But that’s Uber for you 🤷♂️
