Hi IBM sharks 🦈
So I got interviewed for a project by the IBM team. The interviewer told me that its a go ahead from their end, now the client will assess my profile and if they too are fine with it, I will be onboarded?
Is it true that we have client interview as well? If yes then after how many days of interview by IBM team, client interview takes place?
Or its just that if the IBM team is fine with it, we are selected for the project?
Any inputs on this will really help :)

OTC cream will help, but, yes, you just wait it out. Nothing to be done.

And if you aren’t already take steps make bowel movements easier to avoid having to strain. I took two colace a day, drank warm water in the am and lots of water throughout the day, and complemented with miralax and or fiber chewables throughout my entire pregnancy.
I was introduced to Colace in the hospital when I was postpartum - it’s a game changer. Definitely recommend
Ah yes, I remember this oh so well. I found Earth Mama Perineal Balm worked well for relieving pain. And try to not sit for long periods of time.
Tucks wipes, donut cushion and miralax. Also, getting an ice pack helps with swelling and pain (it’s awkward, but you can do it).
You’ll need all of these post-delivery too! I sat on the donut for weeks when I was nursing, holding the baby, or in the car so the hemorrhoids didn’t get worse.
Omg you have ALL of my empathy because they’re truly horrendous. Probably the worst part about pregnancy for me. Silver lining - they do get better!!
Yes sorry! All part of many moms’ experiences unfortunately. Use Prep H, and try not to sit on it. Maybe pick up a donut from a local pharmacy to make you more comfortable. Sorry this is happening to you! Expect it to come back and be worse postpartum if you have a natural childbirth. Lots of pushing doesn’t help lol. But...you get a baby on the other side of it! All worth it. Best of luck to you and your family and hope this clears up quickly for you. ❤️
Sitz baths with some epsom salt saved me
Ugh! Been there and even had a thrombosed one that was soooo painful. Definitely call your doctor for advice.
In addition to the advice you’ve already received above, try Aspercream on a Tucks medicated pad and/or get an ice pack in there, ice will help.
Good luck!
