I have also recently cleared all interview rounds in TCS & HR Shared 'Salary Breakup'. Still, my status in the iBegin portal is not changing from 'Evaluation in Progress' to 'Evaluated' & so on, even after uploading all required documents. They had initiated the process 2 times, 1st on 16th Nov and 2nd on 24th. Please let me know, how long it will take to release the final offer letter. Thanks

What will the project dynamics be on a project staffed with 3mdps, a PL, and myself, a summer UG intern? Just got staffed and will be hearing more on Monday from the team, but it came across as an interesting staffing composition.
Have the feeling I'll be making quite a few slides as the only junior. Anyone staffed on a similar case composition?

Looking down on anyone else’s career choice is really such a bad and immature mentality.

Yet it’s way too common.

It’s not really the creatives that we rip. Like ACD1 said, they’re just trying to make a living. But the least creative work I do in consumer is miles ahead of the “exciting” briefs I got in my short stint in pharma. Different planets entirely.
The only time I saw FB ripping into a pharma creative was when some guy was pitching jobs at his pharma agency like “Tired of selling unhealthy soda or sweatshop sneakers? Come to (my agency)!” Which is like…”Bro…you can’t play the hero card while selling pills for big pharma.”
The creative formula of a setup-joke-punchline wrapped in a truth is almost never done in pharma. Pharma writing is closer to technical writing than actually making concepts.
Guys I think we need to hug it out a little. 🤗

I didn't know we shit on pharma creatives, I thought we shit on pharma work.
I doubt most consumer creatives can do it even if they think they're good enough to shit on it.
Just sounds like a really lame cheap shot.
Pharma work is exceedingly hard.
Not necessarily “fair”, but I understand the sentiment.
I’ve worked at both pharma and consumer agencies. even the lamest consumer work is usually a creative step up from day-to-day pharma projects. Sometimes you might get lucky and work on some pro-bono, award-baiting projects where you can flex your creative muscles at healthcare agencies, but for the most part, it’s pretty dry.
But I’d never fault anyone for getting into pharma — it’s reliable work and pays well. If you’re a genuine, insightful creative with good craft skills, you’ll be valued, even if you may not always have the opportunity to make the most of your talents.
I don’t shit on them. Many went over because of money or they were getting older and “traditional” shops wouldn’t hire them. They restrictions they have to work in makes them job a lot tougher too.
I don’t shit on the people. The work is objectively bad but that’s the nature of the product / client expectations. Not every brand wants or even needs good creative.

Insecure people do that. It’s like how the few pharma creatives who try to look down on creatives working on “toilet paper” brands for not “saving the world” are insecure too.
Most of us would rather hate on holding company bs and abusive clients. Maybe josh on each other’s work, because you’re right, plenty of stinkers in regular advertising as well.
