We as Black people have a spotty record with progressive politics. Let’s show some grace as we move toward the same goal.

Whether it’s homophobia (“no homo”), anti-Asian sentiment (rooftop koreans), anti-Jewish sentiment (black Hebrew Israelites), misogyny (see “Tip Drill” video) etc. can we stop acting our sh*t doesn’t stink?

Whether it’s CB, BC, RK, MJ, or KW, we can hold our people accountable while acknowledging those same sentiments/actions are not new in our community.

1. Number of implementation projects done.
2. Work experience on S4 Hana.

And if I don't have atleast any one of these, I will not be considered.

Is it really that important ?

Being joined as a fresher - Is it really something that I can decide whether to be in support or implementation project ?

Is upgrading of ECC to S4 Hana in my hands ? And the difference is really that vast ?

How long did it take you to receive your first promotion? I have 3 years of work experience, currently at my 3rd agency, and third associate position. Four people on my brand team have been promoted (across levels and departments, but none in PM). I'm getting sick of being pumped up with empty praise if others are actually being rewarded with accolades.
