I am having joining with Accenture on 8th August and received an onboarding email (regarding location to report etc) but while checking in workday onboarding dashboard it’s showing as below .

Can someone please let me know whether this is regarding project allocation are they not considering for project ? Will it impact my onboarding?

How is bench policy in mphasis. I have heard that if you are more than one month on bench, you will not get salary till you are not assigned with any project. Is it true.

Actually my doj is 20 January,2022.

Looking to exit from 195k base to a sales role base 140 + 40 in guaranteed bonus year 1 to make up for the lengthy sales cycle. I know in the long run total comp through equity and sales commission bonus can be much higher but having a hard time making the jump… mostly my ego to drop drastically in TCO the first year after spending all these years trying to increase base. I joined Accenture few days back as level 9. Till now didn't get any project. I have one more offer from another company and have not told them that I joined Accenture.
Should I wait for Accenture to allot me project or shall I abscond?
I am worried since I joined Accenture as level 9 team lead and what if they fire me? Or map to some irrelevant project?
