First don’t panic , get in touch with your staffing PoC and ask for over all feedback for last discussion. Meantime check them about current demand and up skill yourself, but keep clear communication with them

As mentioned in the latest townhall by shasi if tw is not able to bill your for considerable period of time they will let you go.
Better start upgrading your self in dev oops work as well, do certification in AWS, GCP or Microsoft that will surely help in staffing.

Brother there is no future to have only python skillsets without AI, and most of the clients will expect that in today’s world with the rise of so many coding assistants.
There is no max beach period, but utilization had to be atleast 85% with some relaxation for new joiners but not much

Folks, one doubt..... I was hired as a senior consultant in dec 2021. I did not nominated for grade change till now. Will they automatically consider me for grade change or do I have to expicitely talk about it with PC ? Also if grade is changed, how is the impact on salary considering the parity check ? Right now I am at 25 lakhs with 8.3 years of experience.

Location constraint:

I have got a very good offer that i cannot deny, but location is Hyderabad, I want this in Bangalore location. I am not onboarded yet, spoke to HR , he said it is not a big problem, Thoughtworks is very flexible.
