Starting a new job at Applied Materials on Monday as a Manufacturing Engineer III. I’ve been out of college for 5 years and all of my work experience till now has been in R&D for start ups and small businesses . So not only is this a new experience for me going into such a large company but also a industry (semiconductors). Does anybody has tips or advices on what I should expect as a new hire and how I can set myself up for success? Thanks!
Are they calling to offices?

If you’ve been working long hrs with little to no dwn time, it’s likely burnout. But if you dread the idea of going to wrk or doing any aspect of your job then maybe you don’t like it and you’re in the wrong field.
Probably a mix of the two to be honest. I realized I have no desire to be in this field. Searching for a way out!
You might just be lacking a challenge. I absolutely hate doing the same tasks over and over which is why I became an adjuster. Every claim is different and you're doing different tasks every day. Maybe try to find a way to challenge yourself to get through the burnout or find a new firm to work with.
