Used to work at Accenture as an analyst for a project at Bank of America (BOA). Now that I’m at EY as a consultant and never at BOA I was wondering if I can apply to BOA as a full time employee?

Yes, absolutely can do.

Yes

Usually clients have a 1 year policy in place for things like hiring their consultants. Check the dates when you were at BOA for starters

like

Last I worked there was October of last year however my NDA didn’t mention anything of the sort. That’s why I was wondering if it could’ve been some internal rule

Do it. I’ve been told by hiring execs at clients (vp and above) that there is no way EY can hold us back fro these opportunities.

like

Is EY BoAs audit firm? If yes, that can also pose an issue.

Neither BofA nor Wells are EY audit clients

helpful

Only after 3 years.

I don’t know.... many others in this post are saying the contrary

Got an agency new business what should ask for?

Hey!

I own a small design studio and got a mid sized ad agency I've been working with a pretty big new account. I will be working on the projects and have been working with them for a good chunk of time now and I have a great relationship with both.

We are in beginning stages for a bid on our first project. What should I ask for? Should I ask for a commission / percentage on this and future projects? If so how much? Sry for my ignorance and thx!

Recently started my own firm and interested in others thoughts. Are there resources out there for practical advice or is it only something that comes with experience? For example, I can take let's say a 601A client and use the resources available to me to learn how to do it. But if a client asks me is it better to marry my fiance in her home country, bring her here on a K-1 or have her visit on a B-2, that's not learned from a book or webinar. How does one learn how to evaluate new cases?

Had interview rounds with client, director, partner however no round with HR but today got a mail for documents. Can i expect HR round now?
