Can you travel out of the US while your H1B is pending approval?

Currently on STEM OPT.

Used miles to upgrade from economy to business on United. Was confirmed for the upgrade then just got downgraded back to economy and now there aren’t seats left

I have an H1b which I received in 2019 and was valid till august2021, due to covid I wasn't able to travel and then I switched to another firm last year in November. If I get visa transfer, will it provide me a validity back as I haven't used any on site time on that visa.

How do you respond to a super close friend who says they're not making masks mandatory at their June wedding (about 150 guests) because they want to have fun. I started a few new business ( with debt) this year, and because the way my taxes looked with other losses it looks like I didn't make a ton of money. Now my credit dropped from 800 to 720 and I'm having trouble getting credit. Despite having a perfect payment history and fully able to cover all liabilities. Any way to get the credit up. After being mugged and having my things (including my keys) stolen, I was locked out of my townhome after business hours on a weekend. I was told on the phone when dialing my complex’s after hours number (which is managed by a 3rd party company) that my complex’s policy would let me in for a cost of $100 (as it was after hours). After I was let in, property manager informed me the charge was $200. Is there anything I can do here? This is in Minnesota. Help appreciated!!

Is it wise to purchase two new rental properties one a fixer upper in a thriving town, and the other needs minor fixes in a growing community. Both prop may have tenants that have had rental payments delinquencies in the past…. Part of the agreement is to remove all tenants.
