I’d go with Schwab, managed accounts that selects a portfolio for you and continually rebalances over time- with no advisory fee or commissions.
I assume you mean Roth and traditional IRAs or just a regular brokerage account as your 401k would be with PwC and possibly with a prior employer.
Given the new independence requirements at PwC, all client service staff, not just Managers and up, need to use a brokerage that participates in the Brokerage Simplification Program by later this year, so for whomever you choose make sure they participate (see the internal independence site). If you’re Manager or higher, you’re already subject to this SEC and PCAOB regulatory requirement. Personally I use Schwab, which is a BSP participant and has no transaction fees for transactions and loads of low fee ETFs and funds.
