Can we expect 15% atleast for Outstanding Performer?
He clearly mentioned there will be wage hikes but that will be in line with the current situation. Guys my prediction is, hike may not reflect in July's payroll and we will get it in August as the arrear to make the payslip look inflated. Secondly the hike will not exceed more than 10% with promotion and will be less than 8% for all other cases. Hike will not be randomised but well chalked out deceptive approach, won't depend on individual accomplishments rather it will be "One size fits all" type.
