Is the EY 16 week maternity pay 100% of the salary ? I was reading the FAQs and could not find anything that said 100 % of pag provided in the 16 weeks of eligible time off.

Starting my counseling career on Tuesday and I’m scared to fail. What if I say something stupid and hurt my clients and make it worse? This is a second career for me so is hard to be older and a novice. I know it’s not about me and that I will truly care so I keep reminding myself of that. Hi, I am considering making an appointment with a therapist to discuss mental health, and my question is this: how do you know that your case is severe enough to warrant a therapist’s time? Hi everyone! I currently work in an outpatient setting doing individual therapy but am planning to leave my job. I have a handful of patients, some of which have been meeting with me consistently for over 2 years, that I suspect will want to remain in touch after I leave. Has anyone ever done this before? If so, what did it look like for you and the patient? Or do you advise against it and if so why? I’ve been researching this and can understand both sides of the argument. Thanks in advance!

I am a medical social worker at a hospital since graduating with my MSW. I have been at the job a year and feeling burnout with little options for movement within the company at the moment. Besides case management and therapy (no individual, school, or CMH), what else can I do with my degree? Any advice is appreciated! :)
