We have 3 dashboards showing slightly different versions of the same metric, and leadership debates which one is “right” every week instead of making decisions. Each dashboard is owned by a different team, so no one wants to give theirs up. How do you consolidate without making it political?

Any recommendations on offline coding bootcamp in US?

Context: Graduated in 2019 (Finance), 2 years at EY as a business consultant on mix of pmo projects and tech projects where I was developer (data vis, power platform, sql, vba, data analysis etc.). Joined Google on a 6 month contract as a data analyst.

Should I be applying for product analyst roles? Should I apply for strategy consulting? Could I go straight for prod mgmt roles?

Do you need an engineering degree to go into product management? I have a bachelors degree and a Masters degree in Digital Transformation, and I work as a C (soon to be SC) im Tech Strategy and Transformation. What are the next steps I should to to pivot into PM? (certifications, types of projects, etc)
