In OAH the NCP has submitted no actual earnings only hand written sched c (Uber). NCP lied under oath about how pmt for the car was made. Said a friend paid for it and he is paying a friend back. I have bank evidence that shows every car pmt came from NCP Bank and only deposits were from Uber. Problem is the car was paid off in 2018 and the CSO was from 2018. CP asked 4 mod and it was brought up to ? his credibility. How do I get it in since its not about $ now? Judge granted 1wk 4 adtl exhibits

Going back to in-person learning has been quite a challenge. We have 4 in-person and 8 virtual. The 4 in-person have done as well as to be expected, however their behaviors have been less than desired. One is being considered for going back to virtual due to behaviors. It's next to impossible to expect them to keep masks on and when they do, they're usually nasty or wet. I have PPEs but things do happen in the spur of the moment and it's hard to stop and put on gloves and such.

What can a junior associate do about a mid-level that constantly asks questions about things they were cc’d on, sends dozens of piecemeal emails and is generally just super high strung and needs everything right away?? No other mid-levels I’ve worked with act this way and this individual I’m working with is driving me insane and I’ve spent countless hours attaching emails and saying “as explained in the attached email…”

Question for funds folks, since no one is around to answer any questions and I can't seem to find this answer anywhere. Why can't a placement agent combine or integrate the offering of interests in the sponsor's fund with the contemporaneous offering of interests in another fund? Me(jr): asked to lead a call for a different deal as training. Mid-level doesn't take notes (also on call) and tells me it's the job if the junior to take notes.
