Weird question (I'm IHC at a pubco) - Fidelity messed up with something about my 401(k). It took multiple months and phone calls with them, but at the end of the day, I got totally screwed and admittedly lost it on the phone with them. Fidelity then reported me to my company, so now going through an HR process (even my boss thinks it's a little ridiculous). Fidelity shared the transcript and recording of these calls with my company...are they allowed to do that?
