Hi, fishes. Well, I'm quite upset. My HR round is done. I received an email from FADV for BGV for my last employer's details <provided>. Now, on the portal, until yesterday, there were six profiles showing with a decision pending <5> (four green and one orange) for ten days. Today, they all show "not shortlisted." Now, I have another profile with six more decisions pending again.
What is this strange situation? What should I expect? I checked the JSON, but no offer ID was generated.

I'm a little confused on Danko - does he offer a self-study option for the coursework requirement? On his website it looks like each module has a 4-day virtual class which I wouldn't be able to attend due to working full time. Does this program also include self-study material, and the classes are just supplementary/optional? I was also looking at Dalton for self-study and Danko for test prep. Thoughts?

Final round! Panel interview w an assignment to present some ideas on how to increase customers for 1 of 5 key audience segments.
I’m most familiar with 1 as it’s the audience I work with at current job. Not enough info/experience with other 2 segments. Remaining segments I know enough but not as confidently.

I’m job searching right now and applied for a job I was a little overqualified for just to shoot my shot and get my foot in the door with a great brand. The hiring mgr took the time to email me to tell me I was overqualified and offered to help me get connected to his network. He’s been so kind and helpful and I’m kind of in shock at his generosity.
