What’s your take on ESG ratings?
I'm having the last loop interviews with Amazon for an analyst position, but I'm realizing that it might not be the right place for me, I'm currently working at hpe and have a good balance, 11+ YOE, I'm not sure if it's really worth the effort. Can someone tell me about what level sales ops analyst job might be? I looked for range salaries and it looks like it is 55k for Germany, so not really much of what I'm earning now.
I read bad comments about the culture and the workload balance.

As someone who goes into the office daily by choice it’s insane that we’re mandating this at this point. How have we not learned that we are as effective from home, if not MORE effective. Agencies really gonna lose premium talent cause they signed a dumb lease?

It’s also just silly to pretend that quality of life and quality of work are in no way connected. One feeds the other.

We are doing 2 days a week. But really all try and be there on Wednesday. They’re pretty good about making the day worth it. Free lunch. Happy hour. But if you need to travel home or something that’s cool too.

RGA is 100% remote for day to day. Live anywhere, work anywhere. Shoots are not remote always anymore.
I wonder if, when we signed our offers and did the hR onboarding did we commit to time in/out of office? The need to go remote was a government decision and I know I didn’t sign any remote work agreements. Would be curious to see where the legal argument for us back in the office breaks down… hmm.
Go back and read your signed contract. I doubt it mentions needing to be in the office X amount of hours.
