I agree with what everyone says. Your bosses know. But if you want to underscore what an idiot this person is, when you were presenting, say ‘we’ because it will make them look like a self-centered moron.
I would give the benefit of the doubt and say your partner isn’t used to saying “we”.

Be more assertive. Tell your partner to cut it out and divide up the deck prior to the meeting.

You should be deciding who's presenting what before the presso. And you can feel free to quickly chime in to expand on or add whatever you feel was left out. Everyone I worked with does it so it's not out of the ordinary.
Trust me, everyone notices it and most likely know it wasn’t done alone. It’s a really bad look. But ya, agree on figuring out speaking parts ahead of time.
Just have a honest convo with your partner. When I started, I tended to to say I until someone corrected me. Just be honest.
The boss knows. But you should talk to your co-worker about the pronouns.
I was taught from the get go to always say “we” when presenting with your partner. Maybe they just need the education.
