I dated someone 15 years older than me and he always lectured me about what did I do wrong. I am currently looking to accept new roles for a job. I have an associates in Accounting have an 8+ year background in accounts payable and am about to receive my Bachelor's in August for Business Management and Economics with a concentration in entrepreneurship. What would you think would be considered a fair hourly rate or salary?

Have others found it hard to transition from Audit to Financial Analyst? All the recruiters I’m meeting with are telling me I probably won’t get an interview since they’re looking for someone who’s ready to hit the ground running.
It’s discouraging because I’m a fast learner, and from talking to my friends who are Financial Analysts, it doesn’t seem like what we do is so dissimilar.

Does anyone if there is anything legally a company can do to you if you don’t provide a two weeks notice when quitting? I’ve heard corporate talking about charging people for leaving without proper notice but this doesn’t sound legal.
