What advice would you give the Class of 2026 as they start their careers or continue their search for post-graduate employment?

Mine is to build your professional brand, network inside and outside your firm, and cultivate friendships. Jobs change, companies change, but strong relationships can support you for a lifetime.

You messed up going to school. Life time of student loan debt but that’s not your fault. You were taught u must go to college. I made same mistake but making good money not using my degree. I would invest in long term ETF stocks she consistently put money in so you can retire in your 40s

Hi,
I recently got an offer from Amazon for sde new grad and I’m thinking if I should join or not as I have heard a lot about toxic work culture. I’m getting a base of 129k + 27k joining bonus and 94k in stocks. It is higher than my current salary but I’m getting a lower title. What should I do? Should I negotiate on salary ? Or on the role? I had applied to a new grad role so O think I can’t negotiate on the role?

Hello everyone ,
I’m currently working in insurance customer service at an agency. I work in the mortgage department assisting w mortgage changes , payments etc. I’ve been thinking about becoming a claims adjuster most likely for property damage . Is it worth it ??? I hear a lot of talk about how claims adjusting is a lot of work and very demanding but I think my current position has prepared me for the challenge. What are some good companies I maybe should apply for after getting my license?
