Current consultant at T2 who recruited for (and received offer at) MBB recently:

Very similar case interviews. I've heard not as much market sizing for experienced, but I'm not sure. I didn't have any market sizing when recruiting as an experienced hire

Behaviorals - focus on your experiences at work. Would stay away from college experiences if possible.

Same thing but potentially different thresholds for an offer. I.e. if you have 2 YOE at a Big 4 and are applying for an experienced , but still entry level, position you'll probably be asked different behavioral questions and expected to case a little better.

Hi all.

I'm having more than 12 yrs of experience and current ctc is 11.20 excluding night shift and variables. I've given interview in bny got shortlisted and submitted the documents. Initially interview was for I grade in fund accounting. After documentation hr said they r hiring me for h grade I get ready for that too with offer of 12 lakh. But all of sudden hr is saying she is not confirm whether I'll get offer or not. They are bluffing all around to giving my offer. What should I do now

Cleared Accenture Skill interview by answering almost all the questions and received congratulatory mail for HR round and submitting all documents. Then after a week received a call from HR saying that due to some technical issue, the skills round will happen again and an online assessment was set up. In the assessment, questions which were not directly related to the profile were asked and then a rejection mail was received. Does this happen a lot?

I just got my client divorced from a truly horrible person who abused her and her children and she got everything she wanted and the kids are doing great and only one hasn't been successfully discharged from therapy and I'm just so proud of her and feel so lucky that I got to do a little to help her along the way
