There are litterally tens of sites. I use cashbackholic to see what site offers the most at the online website I am shopping. Have accounts with ebates, be frugal and top cash back and generally use the one that offers the most. Goal is maximize cash back while minimizing fragmentation of dollars and cents.

Also linked frequently used credit cards to upromise and earn cash backs on dining . This is all in addition to cash back programs offeredby credit cards.

Thanks will checkout upromise

What is a simple way to explain to my boyfriend that investing in equity with an expected return of 10% is better than paying off debt that is growing at a rate of 6%. He has student loans and is adamant that he wants to pay all of them off immediately before saving any retirement money. I understand that many individuals use this strategy but I think investing in index funds for the long haul is better from a wealth accumulation perspective, without even factoring in tax implications of 401k

Trying to get the formal approval from my company before officially signing up, advice welcome!

Best place to get pre-qualified for a mortgage?

I have some collections on my credit report. One from an electric company for $800 (imo they violated terms of contract and sent me to collections in spite of their fuck up), and an apartment for $80~ that charged me a cleaning fee when my apartment was spotless.

Despite these two collections have a 712-720 credit score.

So mortgage lenders care at all about the collections or is it mostly the credit score that matters?
