My weekends start with catching some vitamin d while I drink my morning tea or coffee. I then do my morning skincare routine and proceed with my workout. By the end of the day, I exfoliate my entire body, put some hair mask on, and have a nice long bath.
I do massage therapy every weekend. It's almost non-negotiable anymore. That's my only self-care ritual after every stressful week.
Coconut oil scalp massage and then shampoo in an hour

I like taking a relaxing bubble bath and painting my nails while watching a feel-good movie. Usually on Friday night! :)
def a long shower with some low-fi or spa music (I have a shower radio which I love). Hair mask, body exfoliate and then do a facial.
I usually detox my skin from all the beauty products during weekends. I make sure that there will be days where my skin can breath freely without any masks or moisturizers on it. I just take a warm bath in a tub and soak myself for 45 minutes.
I prefer staying at home on the weekends. To make sure I still have the best time, I hire salon or spa services at home. Honestly the best thing!
I avoid putting anything on my skin during weekends. This is to let my bare skin breath without any barriers on it. Drink plenty of water and getting enough sleep.
During weekends, I give myself extra love. I harvest my blackheads and whiteheads with the oil pulling method. It is effective in getting out gunks on my face.
I apply my mask. I use the jeju volcanic mask from innisfree. I have been using it for years now.

Chemical peel or exfoliate on Saturday and a deep conditioning hair mask on Sunday 😌
Sleep.
I just make sure to catch up on some sleep. I really don't have much self-care planned on my weekends. I just want to have a slow day without worries.
My weekend beauty ritual is as simple as it can be. I just put on a facial mask and proceed to binge watching my favorite series.
A deep tissue massage is a great stress reliever. Whether you are experiencing stress at home or at work, getting a massage is a great way to unplug and relax for an extended period of time.
Have you heard of laughter yoga? It is based on the scientific finding that even if you pretend to laugh, your body won't be able to tell, and you'll probably feel happy as a result.
Here's a little thing I learned from the Japanese people. Inemuri is the Japanese custom of taking a siesta, and you can do it anywhere as long as you aren't trespassing, blocking traffic, or otherwise upsetting the peace.
I go to a locan Japanese Onsen style spa near my area. The onsen is the pinnacle of bathing. The natural or peaceful atmosphere of most Japanese hot springs can help you relax and the hot spring water helps ease sore muscles.
The only beauty ritual I'm actually consistent with is getting facials and taking a nap while they put random substances on my face. There's nothing like it.
