If you're that confident in your abilities, you could propose a trial period with performance-based salary reviews. But definitely don't just state arbitrary numbers without market data.. they're gonna call you out for that. And make sure you're doing this during the interviews and not negotiating via text/email. It's always frowned upon.
Proven results
Assuming the salary range is on the lower end...
1. Highlight how your skills solved a problem that increased sales and/or decreased costs
2. See 1.
Some certifications are key in some positions, but that's not an indication of performance or "profitable" contribution. I've worked with software devs who have a bunch of certs and some were better than others.
Past successes are useful if it demonstrates a valuable contribution.
