I will be joining IBM next week in Bangalore ( physical onboarding ) and my hometown is in West bengal , My father is having health problems , mother won't be able to handle everything and no such person we can rely on . Also I am getting married in January . Hence If i stay in Bangalore there will be no one to take responsibility for my marriage prep also . Long shot here - my husband (asian) and I (white) are considering having our kids abroad. Is there still discrimination against Asian kids in our education system? I’ve read it’s harder to get into schools in the US as an Asian kid because they group them altogether. Is that still true today? Would it help if we hyphenated the kids name?

6 months pregnant and just laid off. And 40% of my severance was just taken in taxes ..
