What are the key things to know about how AI has changed life for EMs/PLs/SMs over the last two years?

Context: Left MBB right before AI took off + have been doing something completely different. Now coming back at the EM/PL/SM level, and nervous that the job has changed significantly (maybe more at junior levels), due to AI.

Things I'm aware of: AI-transcript/call summary, Excel assistance, deep research, knowledge base search. How about svcs like survey review / design? Anything else?
