34k approx. Primary care clinic in North Carolina.
Worth mentioning that this is based on normal rate of pay, there was no increase in pay or benefits even with voluntary transfer temporarily to covid clinics.
We did not get covid pay ... I am a registered dental assistant. & went back in April to help with emergancy cases, so infection cases that could not be managed by antibiotics or pain medication.
We did not get COVID pay.
We do not get Covid pay. I took a voluntary temporary transfer to our covid clinic when it was first set up. I got no covid pay, salary increase, and no merit increase. Just my normal pay at my normal rate. Over the last 2 years, my merit increase has been less than 50 cents combined with no market or cost of living adjustments either. I've been in my position for almost 6 years. I'm also the only CMA in my specialty (Cardiology) within my organization. I did get a 5% increase for being credentialed about 3 years ago; however, all MAs with any type of credential get the same increase.
quick update, I was just given an appreciation award bonus for covid and the award is based on tenure. I was awarded $2,000
