I am in the process of IVF due to my husband's male factor infertility. I am so grateful for the benefits that EY provides and wanted to know if there is any consideration for reevaluating those benefits? We know that IVF is incredibly expensive and for some of us, having children is a top priority. Does anyone know where or how we can petition for enhanced or shared benefits? I have ideas.

Anyone have any insight on the Orlando staff counsel offices for GEICO or State Farm? I currently work at an established insurance defense firm, but am looking to switch for a better work life balance. How is compensation for a 4th year attorney? Should I expect better work life balance working as staff counsel? My understanding is that I should, but I wanted to see if anyone had experience with either office.

Just got offered to join potential project that would relocate me to LA for 3-4 months for onsite work. Their office is downtown, I’m single, 29 have the flexibility in lifestyle for this kind of move. Is it worth coming to LA rn? Are you aware of the CPA exam credit extension to 2021 for NY CPA candidates impacted by COVID19? It’s on a person-by-person basis and you need to request the extension. Has anyone tried doing this yet? Can anyone shine more light on this? The extension would really help me, but I’m not sure what more to tell them in my email than the fact that I couldn’t sit for the exams this Spring/Summer due to test centers closing in NYC.

SAFe is already a get-rich-quick scheme and their training is shady as it is. In remote is it even possible to do when there is so many failures when we are not remote? I think it's a waste.

How many of you are on ‘actual’ Agile Transformation accounts? As in the entire organization is looking to pivot towards Business Agility - the effort is viewed as more encompassing than IT alone.

When you are involved in an agile transformation for a client, do you prioritize advancing the agile maturity or driving the project to successful completion? Sometimes it feels like these things are mutually exclusive, or I need to wear multiple hats and go beyond “agile coach”.
