Hello people . I have 4.10 years of experience in Audit . I have worked with deloitte and now working in McKinsey . My package is 5.25 . I feel its low . McKinsey low balled me . What should I do ? How much is the package I can demand going forward ? Please help.

When you are involved in an agile transformation for a client, do you prioritize advancing the agile maturity or driving the project to successful completion? Sometimes it feels like these things are mutually exclusive, or I need to wear multiple hats and go beyond “agile coach”.

Lots of interconnections and similarities but also nuanced differences that I can see specific for software development.

Any solid articles or resources taking these concepts and applying to operational excellence other than kaizen?

SAFe is already a get-rich-quick scheme and their training is shady as it is. In remote is it even possible to do when there is so many failures when we are not remote? I think it's a waste.
