Is the CPA designation worth it? For me it would take me 1 year of PREP courses and 2 years of PEP until i can write the CFE. And I am 27 years old right now. Also wondering if it would be crazy to pursue the CPA while learning how to code to be a developer as well?

Why are there roles out there specifically for change management? Isn’t this something program managers always owned? Where does one draw the boundaries? It makes me question whether hiring change management analysts are really necessary but I see so many “change management” roles in consulting

Who is currently hiring entry-level OCM consultants? My close friend studied communications and organizational change, but found their way into logistics. They are looking for opportunities and I think they would be a much better fit as a consultant. My company’s hiring cycle ended so I’m seeing if I can help point them in the right direction before next year. Appreciate any pointers on certs that might help too! My firm is evaluating CM programs/models to adopt as standard, getting some folks trained and certified and creating an ongoing internal training model. I’ve always perceived that Prosci is the gold standard. What other options should we be considering? Our focus is on the healthcare provider space. Thank you!
