Question for funds folks, since no one is around to answer any questions and I can't seem to find this answer anywhere. Why can't a placement agent combine or integrate the offering of interests in the sponsor's fund with the contemporaneous offering of interests in another fund? Is it based on reputational risk or from a sales perspective in case someone rejects both funds, any other issues? Thanks!

Can anyone recommend a white label chat tool that I can embed in my application? All the people that would be using the application would have the ability to do targeted communication to others. We'd need to basically present a button and when clicked 2 people can then talk to each other directly.
