Nothing beats cooking. But otherwise, recommend Halal trucks. I personally love them. Otherwise, I get Cava, Chipotle, or Subway and split it into 2 meals. If you pack up half in another container before you start eating, it's a lot easier to stop yourself / not feel like you're missing out on a full meal. These choices keep well for another day or 2!

I make dinner the night before. On Sunday I’ll boil lots of eggs (I eat them hard boiled for breakfast) and then I’ll maybe make a big batch of egg salad or tuna so sandwiches are quick to make. I started doing this my first year out of school because I got an apartment I could hardly afford so I compromised by not eating lunch out. It’s been an amazing decision. Over 15 years have saved a ton of money and bonus - not gained weight. So hard to eat healthy lunch out
