Can anyone give me their honest opinion on working at Eli Lilly, the Indy site? I have a few coworkers that have worked there in the past but no one recently. I am interested in knowing how much an oilfield engineer earns. I currently have a job offer from a medium-sized company, but as a recent graduate, I don't know if the pay is adequate.

I have been selected by Cargill as an ML engineer, but they are not releasing the offer letter. It has been over a month now after all the negotiations. Can someone tell me what is the typical amount of time they take for releasing it?
