The catch is I would no longer be doing corp dev, just FP&A. I hear a lot of talk about how claims adjusting is a lot of work and very demanding but I think my current position has prepared me for the challenge. How important is campus design and office aesthetic, and general internal branding and experience to you when choosing a job? Probably for jobs outside of FAANG - more like when you're feeling out the place.
