What do you use to keep track of your certifications and license renewal timelines and requirements?

I'm disorganized in this manner and have largely relied on my employers system to track my certs and license timelines. However, some of my certs were never loaded and I've realized it's not something I can rely on.

Am I more or less likely to be laid off if the economy tanks even more if I just started as an analyst two months ago

Working on a regular desk and my laptop has been killing my back and neck for last few years. Finally spent a couple hundred dollars on a standing desk, wireless keyboard, and back/neck heating pad to alleviate the pain. Very hopeful working will be much better now.

I am pregnant and don’t feel pregnant most of the time. I’m only 6 weeks so have to wait awhile before any visual confirmation. And then you worry about all the ones after that before 24 weeks or so. How do you cope? I am trying to be positive. I’ve had a miscarriage before so I’m nervous as well. I try some calming meditation and things like head massages but that lasts an hour tops!!
