I am a self-care master now - to destress I run, lift weights, pray and meditate, go to church, go to an AA meeting, call a friend or my sponsor, have a therapy session, go for a drive, take a bath with Epsom salts, take either a hot shower with an aroma therapy pod or a freezing cold shower.

I used to smoke or drink to handle my stress, that wasn’t great so now I’m 2 years sober this month actually.

As much as I don't like to do it, excercise always helps. Walking on a treadmill while watching a movie is the ultimate because it distracts your brain and you get the endorphins from exercise.

Smile. This a must try. Sounds pretty much innovative and the movie surely will be a better distraction to cancel more time. Will chat and give you feedbacks on how’s it going.

Had my 2nd interview with the hiring manager this past Friday & sent a thank you shortly after. It's now Tuesday (for those who see this on another day). At the end of the interview he said they've had other people who were interested but only one other person besides me were they considering. Said he would talk to his team and possibly have me fly out to meet in person. How long should I wait to follow up without seeming pushy? Also welcome any other tips to separate me from other candidate.
